In-depth Reporting with Studio Insights

Administrators can generate reports for Projects, Sessions, and Users that are managed within Studio Prime to gain insights into Studio usage and audit access to managed content with Studio Insights.

Projects Reports

Project Activity Report: This report details the activity carried out by Members and Collaborators in a Project. It includes:

Shared Links Report: This report reveals all shared links that have been created in a Project. It includes:

Project Statistics Report: This report shows when a Project was last active. The actual activity is not revealed (for that, run the Project Activity Report), but it can provide a quick view of which Projects are currently in use and which have not seen recent use. It includes:

Sessions Reports

Session Activity Report: This report details the activity carried out by Members and Collaborators in a Session as seen in the Record log. It includes:

User Reports

User Activity Report: This report details the activity of Members and Collaborators across all Projects and Sessions they are participating in. It includes:

Internal Participation Report: This report shows in which managed Projects and Sessions Members and Collaborators are currently participating, allowing for access audits. It includes:

External Participation Report: This report shows any Projects and Sessions not managed by the current Studio Prime account in which a Member is participating, allowing for more complete workload and responsibility audits. Unlike the other User Reports, this one only reports on users who are Members of the Studio Prime account, as Collaborators are, by definition, external participants. It includes:
