In-depth Reporting with Studio Insights

Administrators can generate reports for Projects, Sessions, and Users that are managed within Studio Prime to gain insights into Studio usage and audit access to managed content with Studio Insights.

Projects Reports

Project Activity Report: This report details the activity carried out by Members and Collaborators in a Project. It includes:

• When documents are added or removed.
• When documents are checked in with changes and comments.

Shared Links Report: This report reveals all shared links that have been created in a Project. It includes:

• Who created the shared link and to which document.
• When the link was created (in UTC).
• Whether the link is currently active.
• When the link expired or is set to expire (in UTC).

Project Statistics Report: This report shows when a Project was last active. The actual activity is not revealed (for that, run the Project Activity Report), but it can provide a quick view of which Projects are currently in use and which have not seen recent use. It includes:

• The number of users in the Project.
• The number of documents in the Project.
• The date and time (UTC) of the Project's last activity.

Sessions Reports

Session Activity Report: This report details the activity carried out by Members and Collaborators in a Session as seen in the Record log. It includes:

• When documents are added or removed.
• When Markups are added or edited.
• User status changes.
• Markup activity.
• Markup status changes.

Session Statistics Report: This report shows when a Session was last active. The actual activity is not revealed (for that, run the Session Activity Report), but it can provide a quick view of which Sessions are currently in use and which have not seen recent use. It includes:

• The number of users in the Session.
• The number of documents in the Session.
• The date and time (UTC) of the Session's last activity.

User Reports

User Activity Report: This report details the activity of Members and Collaborators across all Projects and Sessions they are participating in. It includes:

• When they add or remove documents from a Project or Session.
• When they check in documents to a Project.
• When they add or edit Markups in a Session.

Internal Participation Report: This report shows in which managed Projects and Sessions Members and Collaborators are currently participating, allowing for access audits. It includes:

• The Projects and Sessions in which the user is participating.
• The owners of those Projects and Sessions.
• The time of each user's last activity in those Projects and Sessions.

External Participation Report: This report shows any Projects and Sessions not managed by the current Studio Prime account in which a Member is participating, allowing for more complete workload and responsibility audits. Unlike the other User Reports, this one only reports on users who are Members of the Studio Prime account, as Collaborators are, by definition, external participants. It includes:

• The Projects and Sessions in which the Member is participating outside of the Studio Prime account.
• The owners of those Projects and Sessions.
• The time of each Member's last activity in those Projects and Sessions.

User Statistics Report: This report gives an overview of the activity of Members and Collaborators. It includes:

• Projects and Sessions owned by Members.
• Projects and Sessions currently attended by Members and Collaborators.
• The time of their last activity in Studio.
